In the year 1996, Mark Joint Venture Impex Pvt. Ltd. (MJV) was promoted by three prominent architects from India's financial capital, Mumbai, Arch. Raja Chavan, Arch. Madhav Ambekar & Arch. Shreenivas Ketkar with an aim to make world class architectural products accessible to Indian construction industry without any hassle.

The outfit started with offering services for procurement of architectural and interior products in the initial years. However, with the growth of the economy, India became a favorite work place for world's top architects and MJV felt the need to add sourcing as well as detailed engineering services. To top it, an export division was created in the year 2004-05 to cater to the overseas clientele.

Understanding the architect's needs has always been the strength of MJV. Sensing the need of the time, MJV soon established itself as a leading EPC service provider in India offering sourcing, procurement, detailed engineering & construction services under one roof.
